This court issued an order to show cause dated August 3, 1999 requiring payment of filing fees or an affidavit of insolvency as required by Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.430. In the prior order this court forewarned Appellant, under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.410, that failure to respond within 20 days of the order to show cause could result in sanctions, including dismissal of this appeal. Appellant has failed to respond by filing the appropriate fee or an affidavit for insolvency.

Therefore, it is ORDERED that this appeal is DISMISSED.
