SPECIAL ORDER

ORDER VACATING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NOS. 4-2.0, 4-12.3 & 5-16.0

It having come to the attention of the Court that the following administrative orders no longer reflect the practice in the Tenth Circuit, it is

ORDERED that the following administrative orders are hereby VACATED:

A.O. No. 4-2.0 entitled "Order Pertaining to Attorney Fees for Incapacitated Persons under the 1989 Florida Guardianship Act" entered October 2, 1989;

A.O. No. 4-12.3 entitled "In Re: Compensation for Court Appointed Counsel in Cases Relating to Mental Health and/or Public Health" entered July 28, 2004; and

A.O. No. 5-16.0 entitled "Re: Authorization for Clerk of Courts to Provide Pre-Judgment Mediation" and previously known as "Amendment No. 1 to Administrative Order No. 104," entered November 16, 1992 and only having effect in Polk County.
