IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT

IN AND FOR HARDEE AND POLK COUNTIES, FLORIDA

WHEREAS, the Honorable Susan W. Roberts is scheduled to be assigned to Felony Division F9, the new division for homicide cases, beginning January 1, 2006; and

WHEREAS, it may be necessary for Judge Roberts to hold hearings in those cases before January 1, 2006 to determine if the cases should be set for trial; it is accordingly

ORDERED that the following cases are temporarily assigned to Judge Roberts for the purpose of holding Pre-Trial Conferences to determine if the matters should be set for trial. Assignment of all other hearings concerning pre-trial matters in the cases will remain with the currently assigned judge.
