ORDER SUSPENDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 1-12.7

WHEREAS, this Court has deemed it necessary to suspend certain parts of the effective date of Administrative Order No. 1-12.7 that was originally to take effect on September 1, 2006, it is hereby

ORDERED that the effective date of Administrative Order No. 1-12.7 is suspended as to employees and attorneys, inasmuch as it required them to go through full security screening before entering the courthouse, until further order of this Court. All other parts of the Order remain in effect.
