IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT

IN AND FOR HARDEE, HIGHLANDS AND POLK COUNTIES, FLORIDA

Upon request by the Office of the Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel (Office), the Court has found, at this time, the Office is not sufficiently operational to begin receiving cases. Therefore, the Court shall continue to appoint private counsel to cases which the Office would otherwise be appointed. Such private counsel’s names shall be obtained from the lists maintained by the Clerks of the Court.
