ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 7-9.3

IN RE: ESTABLISHMENT OF SPECIAL MASTER FOR

PROCEEDINGS INVOLVING VIOLATIONS OF COUNTY ORDINANCES

WHEREAS, Rule 1.490(b), Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, provides for the appointment of a Special Master, now titled Magistrate, for any particular service required by the court; and

WHEREAS, the undersigned chief judge and the county judges are desirous of appointing a Magistrate to assist the county courts of Hardee, Highlands and Polk Counties in the processing and hearing of cases involving violations of county ordinances; it is hereby

ORDERED that

Susan Barber-Flood, Robin Matis-Jackson, Sheryl Snodgrass and Amanda Traweek are appointed as Magistrates to preside over those cases described herein as assigned by any county judge.

Administrative Order No. 7-9.2 is hereby VACATED.
