WITHDRAWAL OF COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEYS
IN CRIMINAL MATTERS
WHEREAS it is expeced by the Court that court appointed attorneys will fulfill the
requriements of Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.111(e) and Florida Rule of Criminal
Procedure 9.140(b0(3),
THE COURT also recognizes the need for court appointed attorneys to be compensanted for
their services in a timely manner, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that from henceforth court appointed attorneys in criminal indigency
cases shall not be discharged from representation of their clients until the time has
passed forthe filing of the notice of appeal. The Courts of this County and Circuit will
receive and rule on motions for court appointed fees before the expiration for this
period.
