IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT

IN AND FOR HARDEE, HIGHLANDS AND POLK COUNTIES, FLORIDA

IN RE: APPOINTMENT OF MAGISTRATES

WHEREAS, the Chief Judge wishes to establish Magistrate positions in Hardee, Highlands and Polk Counties, and

WHEREAS, Rule 2.050, Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, Rule 12.490, Florida Family Law Rules, and Rule 8.625(h), Florida Juvenile Procedure Rules, contemplate such an appointment, it is therefore

ORDERED that Susan Barber-Flood, Robin Matis-Jackson, Sheryl Snodgrass and Amanda Traweek are hereby appointed to serve as Magistrates in Hardee, Highlands and Polk Counties for the purpose of hearing Juvenile Dependency cases and any other matters related thereto or as otherwise referred.

Administrative Order No. 6-10.0 is hereby VACATED.
