Taking into account the decision in Akridge, et. Al. v. Lawrence Crow, Sheriff of Polk County, 2D03-5146 (Fla. 2d DCA June 15, 2005), and the decision of this Court to vacate Administrative Order 7-12.0 and cease operation of a Collections Court, it is accordingly

ORDERED that the attached Capiases arising out of "Pay or Appear Hearings" are hereby WITHDRAWN.
