IN RE: ESTABLISHMENT OF MAGISTRATES FOR PROCEEDINGS

IN THE FAMILY DIVISION

WHEREAS, Rule 12.490, Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure, provides for the appointment of a General Master, now titled Magistrate, by the judges; and

WHEREAS, Rule 12.490, Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure, further provides the procedures whereby cases may be referred to a Magistrate; and

WHEREAS, the undersigned chief judge and other circuit judges are desirous of appointing Magistrates to assist in the processing and hearing of cases in the Family Division; it is hereby

ORDERED that

Susan Barber-Flood, Robin Matis-Jackson, Sheryl Snodgrass and Amanda Traweek are appointed as Magistrates to preside over those cases described herein as assigned by any county judge.
