WHEREAS the orderly and efficient administration of justice requires that complete documents be maintained in the files of the Family Law Division, it is therefore

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Courts, Circuit Civil and Domestic Relations Departments, are hereby authorized to review for sufficiency all documents, including court orders, presented for filing and recording. The review shall include but not be limited to such mattes as required signatures, completion of all blanks, appropriate attachments, resealing of sealed envelopes, inconsistent dates, and appropriately conformed copies.
