ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 5-23.0

IN RE: ADOPTION OF FAMILY LAW INSTRUCTION BOOKLETS AND AUTHORIZATION FOR DISTRIBUTION BY CLERK OF THE COURT

WHEREAS the Circuit Judges of the Family Division have recognized a need to provide a comprehensive set of instruction booklets to the community in an effort to promote access to the court; and

WHEREAS this circuit has compiled a set of instruction booklets directed to those seeking a dissolution of marriage, a modification of an existing child support order, grandparent visitation or a name change; it is hereby

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the attached booklets are adopted by the Judges of the Family Division for use within that division. It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is hereby authorized to distribute those booklets to those requesting them and charge a fee for that service. The fee schedule shall be:

Booklet Charge

Dissolution of Marriage with Children $25.00

Dissolution of Marriage without Children $20.00

Modification of Child Support $20.00

Grandparent Visitation $15.00

Name Change $15.00

Simplified Dissolution of Marriage $5.00

Tenant Eviction $15.00

The fees will be collected for the purpose of covering the cost of providing the service of producing and distributing the booklets.
