ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 3-24.2
IN RE: SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT OF DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION CASES TO PROJECT JUDGES
WHEREAS it is desirable to insure the efficiency and proper administrative control of certain similar eminent domain cases filed by the Florida Department of Transportation ("DOT") in the General Civil Division of the Circuit, it has been determined that each DOT Project should be assigned a specific Project Judge to handle all eminent domain cases arising therefrom:
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to the authority vested in me as Chief Judge of the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Effectively immediately, the Clerk of the Court is directed to reassign Case No. G-99-3384 from Division 08 to Division 04.
2. Upon the filing of the cases with the following project numbers, they shall be assigned by the Clerk as follows:

3. The Clerk of the Court shall notify all attorneys representing parties involved in any re-assigned cases of the re-assignment. Upon notification of re-assignment, attorneys shall reset any presently scheduled hearings before the Project Judge assigned to the case.
4. Hereafter, when filing an eminent domain case with this Court, the DOT shall include on the civil cover sheet, if applicable, the Project Number, Project Judge and the appropriate Section Number in which the case should be filed. This procedure will enable the Clerk of the Court to immediately file the case with the appropriate Project Judge and avoid the delay of re-assignment in the future.
This Order shall remain in effect until further order of this Court. Administrative Order No. 3-24.1 is hereby VACATED.
