IN RE: RE-ASSIGNMENT OF CIVIL CASES

WHEREAS Section 08 of the Circuit Civil Division will be assigned to 5 units of civil cases effective July 1, 1996, as opposed to 2 before, it is necessary to adjust the distribution of the civil division cases. It is accordingly

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court in Polk County is hereby DIRECTED to re-assign those cases currently assigned to Sections 04 and 07, which are listed on the attachments to this Order, to Section 08, effective July 1, 1996.
