ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 3-14.1

IN RE: MEDIATION FEE FOR CIRCUIT COURT MEDIATORS

WHEREAS a Civil Mediation Program has been established in the Tenth Judicial Circuit by Administrative Order No. 3-10.0; and

WHEREAS Administrative Order No. 3-10.0 gives the mediation committee referred to in Paragraph Four of that Order the authority to regulate the compensation paid to Circuit Court mediators; and

WHEREAS that committee has determined that an appropriate amount of compensation for Circuit Court mediators is $180.00 per hour; it is, therefore

ORDERED AND DIRECTED that mediators in the Civil Mediation Program as established by Administrative Order No. 3-10.0 shall be compensated at a rate of $180.00 per hour, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. This Order shall become effective upon entry.

Administrative Order No. 3-14.0 is hereby VACATED.
