AMENDED ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2-7.0

PROBATION AND COMMUNITY CONTROL:

COST AND ORDERS OF SUPERVISION

WHEREAS it has come to the attention of the Court that the Orders of Probation and Community Control Supervision have been revised, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Department of Corrections, Probation and Parole Services in the Tenth Judicial Circuit will use the attached Orders of Probation and Community Control Forms marked as Exhibit A and Exhibit B respectively.

It is further ordered that the attached order forms will be reviewed at least annually by the Florida Department of Corrections in the Tenth Judicial Circuit to insure that the forms remain in compliance with Florida Statutes. Any needed changes to the orders will be brought to the Chief Judge's attention for review and appropriate action. Administrative Order No. 73 entered August 31, 1989 and Administrative Order No. 38 entered August 18, 1983 are hereby revoked and superseded.
