ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2-59.1

PROVIDING DISCLOSURE OF

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION IN PSI REPORTS

The following procedure shall be followed by all the Divisions of the Felony Division of the Circuit Court in Hardee, Highlands and Polk Counties regarding the disclosure of confidential information contained in pre-sentence investigation reports, commencing upon entry of this Order:

Whereas the judges of the felony divisions have agreed that any confidential information provided to the Court through the Department of Corrections’ pre-sentence investigation reports should also be provided to the State and defense counsel, the Court hereby directs the Department of Corrections to provide copies to the state attorney and defense counsel of those confidential sections in any and all pre-sentence investigation reports which have been disclosed by DOC to the Court, unless otherwise expressly ordered in a specific case by the presiding judge.

Administrative Order No. 2-59.0 is hereby VACATED.
