ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2-35.1

AUTHORIZATION FOR CLERK OF COURT TO

DISCHARGE APPEARANCE BOND

WHEREAS Administrative Order 2-35.0 was being interpreted differently between the counties of the circuit, the Court has determined that this Order should be entered in order to more clearly convey its intention. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUGED that the Clerks of the Court for Hardee, Highlands and Polk Counties are hereby authorized, effective the date of entry of this order, to discharge appearance bonds upon receipt of a memorandum from the Court or upon receipt of documentation which shows that the Defendant has been admitted into or accepted into the Citizen Dispute Settlement Program, Pre-Trial Intervention, or Drug Pre-Trial Intervention.

Administrative Order No. 2-35.0 entered June 7, 1994, is hereby rescinded and replaced by this Order.
