| Commencing August 1, 2005, the Felony VOP Judge will cease to be the back
up judge for the felony division and on Monday through Friday at 1:30 p.m., will handle
all Felony VOP First Appearance Hearings except those that have accompanying new felony
charges, and those that have warrants out of another circuit or county within the State of
Florida. The Clerk will produce the files and the Sheriff’s Office will transport the
prisoners for the Felony VOP First Appearance Hearings. **The VOP Evidentiary Hearings presently scheduled for 1:30 pm on Thursday will be rescheduled for Monday at 10:00 a.m. If the VOP First Appearance Hearing is on a holiday, then the case will be set before the First Appearance Hearing Judge. |
