That office was assigned an area of one quarter of the state. COUNTY JUDGE: Polk County Judge, (August,1984 - January, 1985) Appointed by Governor Bob Graham to fill the unexpired term of Judge Susan Roberts when she was appointed to the circuit bench. ASSISTANT STATE ATTORNEY: 10th Judicial Circuit, (1980-1984) Chief of the Major Narcotics Section. Specialized in Drug Trafficking Laws, Florida Racketeering and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), Conspiracy Law, Search and Seizure, Electronic Eavesdropping, Wiretaps, Complex ongoing investigations, as well as the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act.
