This matter came before the court on the court’s own motion to determine the status of the above-styled appeal from the county court of Highlands County, Judge Olin Shinholser presiding. This court finds that Petitioner has failed to comply with the status order of this court granting 10 days to pay the filing fee. This court further finds that Petitioner has failed to show good cause for his failure to comply with the order.

Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the above-styled cause is DISMISSED.
