OPINION OF THE COURT
This is an appeal from the county court of Polk County, Judge Michael E. Raiden, presiding. The state appeals the ruling which granted a judgment of acquittal. This court has jurisdiction. Fla. R. App. P. 9.030(c). This court has carefully reviewed the file and finds no reversible error. Per curiam.
Accordingly, the ruling of the county court is AFFIRMED.
