This matter is on appeal from the county court of Polk County, Judge Charles L. Brown presiding. Appellant Joseph Bikell seeks review of an order revoking probation May 7, 1999. Appellant avers and Appellee agrees that transcripts of the initial hearing May 7, and the rehearing June 4, 1999 are unavailable. This court finds that the absence of a transcript of record and a statement of evidence precludes meaningful review.

Accordingly, this cause is REMANDED.
