This court issued an order dated September 9, 1999 requiring Appellant to prepare and submit a record of the lower court proceedings, or show good cause within 20 days why he had not submitted the record. Appellant has neither prepared and transmitted the record, taken steps to ensure that the record be forwarded to the court as required by Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.200(e), or shown good cause why he did not submit the record. In the prior order, the court forewarned Appellant that the court cannot act without an adequate record of the proceedings below, and failure to comply could result in sanctions.

Therefore, it is ORDERED that this appeal is DISMISSED.
