In the prior order, this court forewarned Appellant that failure to respond within 30 days of the order to show cause could result in sanctions, including dismissal of this appeal. Fla. R. App. P. 9.410, Appellant has failed to file either a verified statement of evidence or a transcript of the proceedings below.

Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this appeal is DISMISSED.
