IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT

IN AND FOR HARDEE, HIGHLANDS AND POLK COUNTIES, FLORIDA

WHEREAS, previous Administrative Orders of this Court have established procedures to be followed by the Clerk of the Court of Polk County in the enforcement of child support and alimony, and

WHEREAS, in order to comply with recent amendments to the Florida Constitution, the Clerk of the Court of Polk County has terminated support enforcement services, it is therefore

ORDERED that all prior Administrative Orders of this Court, namely those numbered 5-1.2, 5-3.0, 5-6.0, 5-7.0, 5-8.1, 5-11.1, and 5-32.1, are hereby RESCINDED.
