WHEREAS, Section 1 of the Family Law Division was unified with the other three sections of the Family Law Division by Administrative Order No. 5-34.1; and

WHEREAS, Administrative Order No. 5-34.1 required the Polk County Clerk of Courts to reassign a percentage of cases from Sections 2, 5, and 9 to Section 1; and

WHEREAS, the randomly selected cases chosen for reassignment were cases that showed as pending cases, but were not actually pending cases; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to promote judicial economy and maximize judicial resources in this circuit by equaling the assignment of pending Family Law Division cases between the sections; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary for the prompt and efficient administration of justice in this circuit that pending cases be reassigned from Sections 2 and 5 to Section 1; the Court, therefore
