IN AND FOR HARDEE, HIGHLANDS AND POLK COUNTIES, FLORIDA

WHEREAS, the undersigned has determined that the efficient administration of justice would be served by assigning Hardee County Court Judge Marcus Ezelle to the Juvenile Delinquency division in Highlands County, it is accordingly

ORDERED that from April 5, 2005 to December 31, 2005, Judge Marcus Ezelle shall be assigned to the Juvenile Delinquency division in Highlands County.
