IN AND FOR HARDEE, HIGHLANDS AND POLK COUNTIES, FLORIDA

SPECIAL ORDER

IN RE: CREATION OF NEW JUVENILE DEPENDENCY DIVISION

WHEREAS, the Tenth Circuit has received an additional circuit judgeship position, which will be assigned to the Juvenile Dependency Division in Polk County, and

WHEREAS, the judges of the Juvenile Dependency Division, in conjunction with the Clerk of the Court for Polk County, have formulated a plan whereby cases will be assigned to those divisions, it is accordingly

ORDERED as follows:

All current dependency caseloads will be divided equitably and split from two divisions into three divisions, to wit, J1, J4 and J5. The Clerk shall take whatever action necessary to ensure that this is accomplished no later than January 2, 2007.
