 SPECIAL ORDER

MODIFYING ATTACHMENTS C AND D TO ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 3-5.5

WHEREAS, Administrative Order No. 3-5.5 provides form orders used for case management and pretrial conferences, and

WHEREAS, Administrative Order No. 3-5.5 provides for modification of these form orders by further order of this Court, it is therefore

ORDERED and DIRECTED that effective immediately Attachment C to Administrative Order No. 3-5.5, entitled Order Setting Pretrial Conference and Jury Trial and Directing Mediation, and Attachment D to Administrative order No. 3-5.5, entitled Order Setting Pretrial Conference and Non-Jury Trial and Directing Mediation, shall be modified as attached hereto.
