IN AND FOR HARDEE, HIGHLANDS AND POLK COUNTIES, FLORIDA

Effective immediately, Administrative Order No. 5-45.0, entitled "In Re: Establishment of Magistrates for Title IV-D Cases Pertaining to Paternity" and dated August 14, 2006, is hereby VACATED. Job limitations and requirements of the Hearing Officers do not allow them to hear contested paternity cases, requiring Administrative Order 5-45.0 to be Vacated.
