WHEREAS, Administrative Order No. 2-50.1, which set out the Felony Division schedule as of February 14, 2005, needs to be amended in order to reflect the addition of a new felony division effective January 1 2006, it is therefore
ORDERED that the following shall represent the schedule of the Felony Division in Polk County effective January 1, 2006:
