ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2-39.0

WHEREAS, the Pre-Trial Services Oversight Committee has advised the Court that certain confidential information is contained within certain parts of the automated system used by Pre-Trial Services (PTS), and has recommended to the Court that access to such information be restricted, it is accordingly,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that access to PTS's "screen 4" shall be restricted to judges and PTS unless otherwise ordered by the Court. All other screens will be available for inquiry to anyone having access to CJIS, including Public Records Access System subscribers.
