ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2-22.1

WHEREAS, Rule 6.110(a) of the Florida Rules of Traffic Court directs the chief judge of the circuit to issue an administrative order designating the driver improvement schools and substance abuse education courses to which certain traffic violators are ordered to attend, or, are allowed to elect to attend, it is hereby

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that those driver improvement schools having the approval of the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles shall also be considered approved by this Court. Additionally, those substance abuse education courses approved by the DUI Programs Director of the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles shall also be considered approved by this Court.

Administrative Order No. 2-22.0, dated February 10, 1992 is hereby REVOKED.
