In response to the Supreme Court of Florida=s Amended Administrative Order entitled AIn Re: Establishment of Local Bench/Bar Committees@ dated April 29, 1998, calling for the establishment of a local bench/bar committee in each judicial circuit, and

Inasmuch as such an organization already exists in this circuit,

It is hereby Ordered that:

1) The creation of the ATenth Judicial Circuit Bench/Bar Committee@ is hereby ratified; and

2) The Bylaws of that organization, as attached, are hereby adopted.
