F IRST ADMENDMENT  TO ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 1-13.0

ORDER IMPLEMENTING JUDICIAL EVALUATION PROCEDURES

WHEREAS, Administrative Order No. 88 has an effective date of October 1, 1991 for the commencement of judicial evaluations procedures in the Tenth Circuit, and

WHEREAS, the Florida Bar has petitioned the Florida Supreme Court to amend the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration by adding a Rule enitled "Self Improvement Procedures" which, if approved, would effectively mandate the confidentiality of the evaluation and the evaluated judge, it is, therefore,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that implementation of the Judicial Evaluation Procedures in the Tenth Judicial Circuit shall be postponed until 1-2-92, or as soon thereafter as the Florida Supreme Court amends Rules of Judicial Administration.
